Solley’s Ice Cream Parlour & The Pub at Solley’s 2026 opening
The Pub at Solley’s will be open daily, 7 days a week, from 1st January onwards. Serving up a wide selection of drinks, including both alcoholic and no/low alcohol options, we will also have cheese boards, charcuterie boards, hot pastries and bar snacks available daily from 12noon – close. Our Pub Menu will return from Saturday 24th January, including light bites, paninis, nachos and more. Solley’s Ice Cream Parlour & Café will open on Saturday 24th January 2026, from which point we will be open daily, 7 days a week from 10am – 4pm (kitchen closes 3.30pm)
We’ll be offering hand scooped ice cream in the flavours of your choice, on a cone, in a cup or in a tub to take home as well as ice cream sundaes and our famous Solley’s Super Bowls. Plus we’ll be serving up all your favourites from breakfast through to light lunch, plus cakes, snacks and hot & cold drinks, and don’t forget, you can now pre-book one of our delicious afternoon teas too.
